The accused was brought for evidence collection yesterday morning at 4:30 am with heavy security. He was brought in the morning because there would be protests if he was brought in during the day.

Sandeep was brought to the taluk hospital by the police around 4:30 in the morning on the 10th and the doctor was later killed that day. The evidence collection with the accused, which happened at the same time, lasted for 15 minutes. The accused narrated to the investigating team how he committed the murder. He said that he went to the hospital with the police for treatment of a leg wound, the doctor examined him, administered medicine, and that he took the scissors from there.

When he reached the spot where Dr. Vandana was stabbed, he remained silent for a while.
