According to the progress report, investment friendly environment has been created in the state. Infrastructure development, public sector conservation, new initiatives in knowledge sector and digital science park were the achievements.

Reduction in central grant, suspension of GST compensation, cut in credit limit and decrease in central tax allocation forced a crisis. This was overcome by increasing revenue and adjusting expenditure. The report also states that the gross domestic income has increased by 12 percent.
