LUCKNOW: Police have arrested a youth for killing a woman and dumping her body in the septic tank at home. Mahewa native Arvind has been arrested for murdering his lover Raj Kesar (35). The incident took place in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.

The police recovered the body of the woman from the house of the accused yesterday. The two had been in love for seven years. Meanwhile, Arvind's family arranged his marriage with another young woman. The dispute over this led to the murder, the police said. The woman's family had lodged a complaint with the police stating that she had been missing since May 30. Following this, the police took Arvind into custody and interrogated him after checking the phone of the woman.
