OVAL: The world test championship at Oval on Sunday turned disastrous for India. The elusive title got slipped again from India’s hands as Australia was crowned the champions in test cricket beating India by 209 runs. Chasing a gargantuan total of 444, India were all out for just 234 runs. After the win, Australia became the only team in the world to win all ICC titles.

The wicket went tumbling for India from the very start. Australia was more over dictating the field both with bat and bowl. Virat Kohli with the bat gave small hopes with a sticky 49 but was soon back to the pavilion after offering a gift of a catch to Australia's Steve Smith. Rahane then played a few shots before he was removed by Mitchell Starc for 46. Shardul Thakur, who scored a half-century in the first innings, failed to open his account this time.
