BENGALURU: BJP has filed a defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar. The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court in Bengaluru issued a summons to the three in the case.

The case is alleging false allegations in Congress campaign songs and videos. The court has issued a summons asking them to submit an affidavit or appear before July 27. The case was filed by BJP state secretary S Keshavprasad.
