KOCHI: A youth has come up with a complaint accusing actor Vinayakan of misbehaving with him while boarding the plane. The incident happened when both were boarding the plane. As per the petition filed in the High Court, the actor misbehaved with the youth while leaving for Kochi from Goa on May 27.

The complainant is Jiby James, a Malayali working in a school in Punjab. The incident took place on an Indigo flight from Goa to Kochi. When Jiby complained to the airline, he was told that no action could be taken if he complained after getting off the plane. Later, Jiby filed a complaint with the Ministry of Civil Aviation. However, no action was taken. Following this, he approached the High Court.

In his petition, Jiby asked the court to direct Indigo Airlines to take action against the actor for misconduct. The High Court directed to make Vinayakan a party in the case.
