KOCHI: The police are about to make a wider probe in the case pertaining to using a fake work experience certificate. An investigation will also be conducted at Pathiripala Govt. College, Palakkad by Agali Police.

In the academic year 2021-22, K Vidya taught at Pathiripala Govt. College in Palakkad. The police will be inquired whether she provided any educational records here. There is also a move to take the statement of the teachers.

Meanwhile, the Nileswaram police collected information from Ernakulam Maharajas College including the seal of the college and the signatures of the officials. The police also collected the format of experience certificate issued by Maharajas College.

Yesterday, the police informed that Vidya's voice recording will be checked. A case has been filed against Vidya under the non-bailable section on a complaint filed by the Principal of Attapadi Rajiv Gandhi Govt Arts and Science College and the Principal of Nileswaram Karinthalam Govt College as she allegedly presented a forged document. Vidya's phone conversation with the Attapadi college authorities is being examined. CI Prem Sadan stated that the search for Vidya has been intensified.
