KOCHI: In the case pertaining to SFI State Secretary PM Arsho's mark list, Asianet Ernakulam Chief Reporter Akhila Nandakumar, the fifth accused, has received a police notice to appear for questioning. The notice is to reach the district crime branch office, which is part of the city commissioner's office, at the revenue tower on Park Avenue Road between 10 and 11 on Friday morning. This is a case taken on Arsho's complaint that there was a conspiracy in the incident where the mark list appeared on the Maharaja's College website that he had passed the exam that he had not written.

Dr Vinod Kumar Kallolikal, Principal Dr VS Joy, KSU State President Aloysius Xavier, KSU Maharajas Unit Vice President CA Fasil are named as accused one to four. Arsho's mark list dispute was reported by Akhila.

ACP Pius George, who is in charge of the investigation, said that the process of collecting evidence is in progress. Digital information has been collected from the college and other places on Thursday as well.

Akhila will not appear

Akhila said that she will not appear for questioning today. An application has been submitted to the court for a copy of the complaint. Akhila clarified that she will think about appearing after receiving this.


Aloysius Xavier and Fazil did not appear

Aloysius Xavier and CA Fazil, the accused in the case, did not appear for questioning yesterday. Aloysius Xavier said he was informed that he would not be able to come this week due to organizational matters. ACP Pius George stated that they will be given notice again.
