A kitchen is all that is needed, the business will flourish in Kerala as well. They realized that the Malayalees are changing to a new habit of getting their food delivered.

Kowdiar, Kumarapuram native Thomas S Thelly and Ernakulam Edapally native Suraj S Nair. The current monthly income of Chili Pepper Kitchen is Rs. 15 lakhs. The operation is based on the model of 'cloud kitchen' which was established only abroad.

Three brands have been set up namely Kappa Stories, which provides local 'Kanji, payar and chammanthi', Samurai Hanzo, which provides Chinese dishes, and Khao, which provides North Indian dishes. In effect three hotels in one kitchen. Ordering is done online. Even if a new hotel brand is created with more dishes, the cooking will be in this kitchen only. Everything will be done under a single food safety license.

This is the secret of the successful business strategy. Don't come to eat, just come to buy. The labor of twenty employees comes before you as your favorite dish. A new establishment will soon start at Tammanam to expand the business to Kochi city.

Bharat and Thomas are childhood friends.

Bharat and Sooraj have worked in the business development department for six years in the team that brought Uber Eats to Kerala. Both had an accurate understanding of the food habits of the people and the delivery of goods to the market. Thomas joined his friend's business.
