Overeating can be controlled
Brown rice has probiotic benefits for the gut. It also helps in the growth of healthy bacteria. Leptin also regulates ghrelin enzymes that help control overeating. The rice should be cooked after one hour of soaking. One cup of rice requires four times as much water. Lifestyle diseases like diabetes and cholesterol can also be prevented.
Rice is available in the market through the village distribution network and online. Since we received a good response, we are preparing to start cultivation again".
