BHOPAL: A 24-year-old youth was kidnapped and attacked by a 6-member group. The incident took place on May 9 in Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. The accused held the youth on a leash and ordered him to bark like a dog.
The youth alleged that the accused asked him to convert. The video of the incident came out yesterday.
"This kind of behaviour is really condemnable. I have ordered Bhopal police commissioner to investigate the case. Instructions were given to submit the report on the video in 24 hours," Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said.
Reports are claiming that three out of the six accused have been arrested on the complaint of the youth. They were arrested under the National Security Act (NSA).
Meanwhile, the houses of the accused were demolished using bulldozers. The action was taken on the instructions of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
