KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has adjourned the hearing of the anticipatory bail plea of former SFI leader K Vidya in the fake experience certificate case to next week. It was the bench of Justice Bechu Kurien who adjourned the hearing of the petition to next week.

Vidya is claiming that the case is fabricated by some people for political gain. Vidya had informed the court that the non-bailable section would not stand and that she was ready to cooperate with the investigation of the case.

Meanwhile, the Agali police have filed a report against Vidya in the High Court. The police requested the court not to grant Vidya anticipatory bail as she had forged the document. The police also stated that Vidya needs to be questioned in the case.

Although the investigation team has obtained hints that Vidya had reached Kozhikode, they are yet to arrest her.
