VELLARADA: Marayoor police station CPO Dileep (43) has been remanded in the case in which a 14-year-old girl was sexually abused and impregnated. Dileep was taken into custody by the Aryancode police the other day. After detailed medical examinations, he was produced in the Neyyatinkara court and remanded.

The police said that he has been living separately from his wife. The student was found to be pregnant when she was taken to the hospital due to abdominal pain.
