LUCKNOW: Bhim Army chief Chandrasekhar Azad Ravan was shot at Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur today. Assailants from another car reached the convoy of Azad and fired bullets aiming at the leader. One bullet went astray while the second one graced Azad's hip portion. The injuries are not meant to be serious.
According to witnesses, the attackers came in a swift desire car with a Haryana registration. At least four gunshots were heard during the attack. Azad was traveling in his Toyota Fortuner which showed bullet marks on the seat and on the door.
