THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Eight people died due to fever in the state today. It has been confirmed that two people have died due to rat fever and two people have died due to dengue fever. Two deaths are suspected to be due to dengue and one to rat fever.

One person is suspected to have H1N1. 12728 people have been infected with fever in the state today. Health department officials have warned the public to be cautious as fever deaths continue.
