THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Just 15 days into marriage, a newlywed wife committed suicide inside her husband's residence in Panniyode. The incident happened yesterday night when husband Vipin found wife Sona hanging inside the bedroom.

Vipin and Sona were in a relationship for many years. The families initially opposed the affair but later reached rapprochement allowing the two to get married. Recently Sona visited her home and was spotted cheerful by her own family members. It is in this circumstance that doubts remain at large and the family has pointed out the strangeness effective in the death. Vipin works as an auto driver. Kattakada police have registered a case for unusual death.
