MEERUT: Former Indian cricketer Praveen Kumar and his son were involved in an accident in Meerut on Tuesday night. The SUV they were travelling in collided with a truck.

'By God's grace, we are all right, and I'm here to speak with you. Around 9:30 p.m., a big truck hit the car while we were returning after dropping off a relative.'- Praveen Kumar told a news agency.

Following his retirement from cricket, Praveen Kumar entered the real estate industry. He runs a restaurant as well.
