THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Change in rain warning in the state. Idukki district is on red alert and will receive heavy rain today. Orange alert has been declared in all districts from Pathanamthitta to Kasaragod. Meanwhile, Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam districts are on yellow alert.

Collector said that the heads of the concerned educational institutions should take measures to adjust the study time lost due to the holiday.
