BHOPAL: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan apologises for the brutality of urinating on a tribal man in Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister asked for forgiveness by washing the feet of the man who had been assaulted. A video of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan washing the feet of 36-year-old Dashmat Rawat from Karaundi has surfaced.

The Chief Minister also interacted with Dashmat. He was asked how he was living and whether he and his family were getting government benefits. 'I was pained to see the video. I apologize to you. For me public is God'- Chauhan wrote on twitter after sharing the pictures with Dashmat.

He called and talked to my family. I felt very happy' - Dashmat said after the meeting with the Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, Pravesh Shukla, the accused was arrested the other day. The arrest was made following the instructions of the Chief Minister. The police informed that a case has been registered under the National Security Act. The person who shot the video was also arrested.
