CHHATTISGARH: Haryana government has announced a monthly pension of Rs 2750 for unmarried people.Chief MinisterManohar Lal Khattar has announced pension for unmarried people between the ages of 45 and 60.Unmarried people with annual income less than 1.8 lakhs will get the pension. It is reported that widows between 45 and 60 years will also get the same pension. Widows should have an annual income of less than three lakhs.
The Chief Minister also said that the state government will bear an additional Rs 240 crore as part of the pension scheme. The pension is sanctioned under the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) scheme.It is estimated that there are about 65,000 unmarried people in Haryana between the ages of 45 and 60. He also informed that the pension can be registered through the web portal.
Earlier in June, a monthly mobile allowance was also announced for Haryana policemen up to the rank of Inspector. The allowance was announced for mobile phone recharge expenses.The chief minister announced Rs 200 for constables and head constables, Rs 250 for assistant sub-inspectors, Rs 300 for sub-inspectors and Rs 400 for inspectors.
