KOCHI: PDP Chairman Abdul Nasser Madani will return to Bengaluru today. He was under treatment after reaching Kochi due to his deteriorating health condition and was discharged from the hospital today. He will return to Bangalore on the 9:30 pm flight. Madani came to Kerala with the permission of the Supreme Court to see his ailing father. However, due to poor health, he had to abandon the trip to his family home in Anwarssery.
Madani, a trial prisoner in the Bangalore blast case, returned to Kerala after a long time. Although the Supreme Court granted relaxation of bail to visit his father, the trip was again delayed due to Bengaluru police procedures. He finally landed in Kochi on the 26th. Madani fell ill at the beginning of the journey to Anvarssery itself. The PDP leader was admitted to the Medical Trust Hospital in Kochi with severe vomiting and high blood pressure.
The trip to the family home was abandoned after the expert opinion. Madani is returning without visiting his father as he is ill and could not be brought to Kochi. Meanwhile, Minister Ahmed Dewar Kovil and former Minister KT Jalil visited Madani at the hospital.
