NEW DELHI: ED has confiscated property worth Rs 52.324 crore of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia in the liquor policy case.

The properties of co-accused Amandeep Singh, Rajesh Joshi and Gautam Malhotra have also been confiscated. A total of properties worth 100 crores have been confiscated. 11 lakhs deposited in a bank in the name of Sisodia and his wife Seema have also been frozen. Delhi businessman Dinesh Arora, who was close to Sisodia, was arrested the other day. The current move of ED was followed by that.

The CBI investigation is also in progress in connection with the corruption case. The case is that Sisodia committed corruption as part of bringing a new liquor policy in Delhi.
