Without any ado came 'Madhura Manohara Moham'. The movie directed by state award-winning costume designer Stephy Xavier is moving into its 25th day of theatre run. The movie never had a star ensemble to boast about, but it did hit the right chord with people through its schemed plot and settings, which were tout.
Young actor Sharafudheen’s bone-idle character Manu was brilliant. The actor synced with the settings and gave life to the beautiful plot that had Pathanamthitta as the abode. Rajisha Vijayan played the female lead and was acute in her role while veteran actress Bindu Panicker showed how well she can course different emotions with ease. The actress is currently trying new waters and was seen in a completely gray shade in the recent flick Rorschach.
According to reports, Madhura Manohara Moham has grossed more than 10 crores in the collection. The success was not forecasted as movies in similar genres in recent times bombed albeit being passable in presentation. Stephy Xavier's directional debut is a win and the success is indeed something to dance about.
