BENGALURU: The CEO and MD of a tech company was brutally murdered by an ex-employee. The incident took place at Aeronics Media Private Limited Pampa extension in Amruthahalli, north Bengaluru. Company CEO Vinu Kumar and MD Panindra Subramanian were killed by Felix, an ex-employee. The search is on for Felix, who is absconding after the incident. The accused has an account on social media called Joker Felix.

Accused Felix was earlier dismissed from internet service provider Aeronics Media Private Limited. Then Felix started a startup that provides a similar service to Aeronics. But it is reported that Felix was irritated by the previous company's challenge to his start-up business. The police said that revenge for being fired from Aeronics also motivated the act. It is reported that there were three other people with Felix who attacked Aeronics' office. The MD and CEO, who were working in the office on different floors, were fatally injured by Felix with a sword and a knife. They died on the spot.
