ABU DHABI: UAE welcomes Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who arrived in the country as part of a one-day visit. After arriving in the UAE after a two-day visit to France, Modi was welcomed with the Burj Khalifa decorated with the Indian national flag. A special message welcoming Modi was also displayed on the world's tallest building at the same time.
Prime Minister returned to UAE after completing his visit to France at around 3:45 am today. He was received at the Abu Dhabi Presidential Airport by Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled and his entourage. Important issues such as the UAE and India doing business in rupees will be discussed during Modi's visit to the UAE. Narendra Modi will hold talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and COP 28 President Sultan bin Mohammed Al Jaber. These meetings will be crucial for strengthening trade relations between the two countries. Modi's foreign tour will end with his visit to UAE and he will return to India.
