INDORE: A police case has been filed against a BJP leader's son for raping a young woman and her sister-in-law in Madhya Pradesh. It is alleged that the BJP leader's son was among the four who kidnapped the young woman, gang-raped her and sexually assaulted her minor sister-in-law. The incident took place in Madhya Pradesh's Datia district.

According to the complaint the girls were abducted by a gang of four and brought to a house and molested. The complaint was filed by the younger sister. One of the girls had attempted suicide and is undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, Datia Superintendent of Police Pradeep Sharma said that the girls and the accused are students and the complaint is being investigated. Two people have been arrested in the incident, district president Surendra Budholia has clarified that if the BJP leader's son is involved in the case, the party will take action.
