N Prashanth IAS said Oommen Chandy, the political leader was distinguished by his kindness and tenderness. He was narrating his experience at the chief minister's mass contract programme held in Kozhikode in 2016. He said that for him, those hours were like a huge university study. He said that he saw his mind to do things for the people. He said that he saw Chandy taking tens of thousands of decisions on the spur of the moment and the manner in which they are taken.
