You can consume porridge prepared according to Ayurveda, with medicinal ingredients, which has health benefits and is suitable for diabetes patients. Porridge prepared with green gram, fenugreek seeds (more quantity), bran rice, wheat, Nava dhanya (Rice, wheat, chickpea, sesame, pigeon peas, lentil, black gram, horse gram, hyacinth bean), barley (less quantity) along with curry leaves, moringa leaves and agastya cheera, is a good dinner meal for people with diabetics if consumed with rock salt. Diabetic patients should have this as dinner before 7.30 pm.
