THODUPUZHA: Last night at 8:30 PM, a nurse fell victim to an attack while she was riding her scooter home in Vannapuram, Thodupuzha. The assailant, riding a bike began to trail the nurse subsequently reducing the scooter's speed before overtaking her.

As the nurse was turning towards her home from Vannapuram town, the person on the bike attempted to harass her. The woman immediately stopped the scooter and made a loud noise. The assailant quickly turned the bike around and fled the scene. The incident was reported to the Kaliyar police. Police registered a case and launched a thorough investigation. CCTV footage is being checked for any leads.
