LUCKNOW: In a shocking incident, a man reached the police station with the severed head of his sister. The incident happened in Barabanki district in Uttar Pradesh. Riyas(22) and his sister Ashifa(18) lived in Mithwara village in Barabanki. A recent scuffle between the two resulted in the brother killing his sister in the most brutal way and later doing the unthinkable in parading the severed head across the town.

Riyas daggered his sister with a piercing weapon. After cutting off the head, he took it across the street to reach the police station. Additional police superintendent Ashutosh Mishra was still not out from the shock while describing the incident to the media.

Recently, Ashifa eloped with a Hindu man Chand Babu and was brought back by the family. Ashifa’s family complained to the police about the incident and Chand Babu was arrested by police officers. Riyas was perturbed about the incident and often indulged in heated talks with his sister. Yesterday, Ashifa while in talks with her brother reiterated her love for Babu, which irked her brother to do the most devilish of crimes.
