NEW DELHI: Judge asks to suspend security personnel after missing pet dog. He alleged that the pet dog got out and is missing after the security personnel did not lock the gate of his bungalow. High Court Judge Gaurang Kant has written a letter to the Delhi Police demanding action against the security personnel. But later, he himself said no action against the officials, Delhi Police said. The dog has not yet been found. Justice Kant was recently transferred to Calcutta High Court.

"I am writing this letter with great pain. I lost my pet dog due to the lack of attention of security personnel in my official bungalow. They failed to follow the instructions despite repeatedly telling them to lock the gate. Action should be taken against this kind of carelessness. Negligence of security personnel may cause harmful incidents in my residence. I fear for my safety. So they are requested to be suspended immediately and an inquiry into the incident." Justice Kant's letter was like this.

This letter written on June 12 was circulated on social media. The police clarified that Kant wrote the letter last month. But later, he himself informed that no action was required, they said.
