PATHANAMTHITTA: Teacher arrested for beating a third-grade girl with a cane. Erumakkad Gurukkankunnu Govt. LP School teacher, Binoj, was taken into custody. It is reported that the teacher was angered because the child could not solve a math problem. Surprisingly, there are only two children in the class.

On the day of the incident, only the girl who was beaten was present. She received blows on her wrist and palm. The child's mother filed a complaint with the police yesterday. A case has been registered against the teacher under the Juvenile Justice Act. The Child Rights Commission has requested a report from the police.
