The action was taken against the headmaster of a government school in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Durgaprasad Jaiswal was the headmaster of Shivpur Bairagi Primary School. After drinking, he first said obscenities in front of the children. Later, after stripping in front of the children, he fell asleep. The action was taken when the video of these scenes came out.

At the same time, the authorities state that the authenticity of the viral video is yet to be verified. Locals and guardians say that Durgaprasad Jaiswal often indulged in indecent acts in front of children. They alleged that he used to take rest in classes after taking off his clothes. It is reported that the girls stopped going to school due to the headmaster's behavior.

Durga Prasad was suspended after an investigation was conducted after the complaint was raised. The education department authorities have clarified that if necessary, an FIR will be registered and an investigation will be conducted.
