NEW DELHI: MPs from the opposition alliance 'India' will visit Manipur on Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has come out again attacking the 'India' alliance.
The Prime Minister quipped that the opposition parties have come up with the new name 'India' to hide the corruption of the past. The Prime Minister said that the old name UPA was dropped because of embarrassment and that the name change will not help the alliance. He also accused the opposition of fooling the people of the country by using the name 'India'.
Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi lashed out at Narendra Modi. Rahul criticized Modi that his ideology is the cause of riots in Manipur. Rahul accused Modi of being the prime minister of only a few people like the RSS. He also added that this was the reason why Modi did not go to Manipur or address the issue.
