The DIG also confirmed deep wounds all across the victim's body. According to Forensic, the murder happened somewhere between 4 pm to 6 pm.

Meanwhile, a special team has been formed to investigate the murder. The police suspect more involvement in the case apart from Asafak. Yesterday, Asasfak got into a scuffle and was seen by locals near the market. From the CCTV visuals of Yesterday at 3:30 pm, Asafak was seen holding the hands of Chandini and walking inside the market premise. However, the visuals also showed the accused leaving the market area after some time, this time all alone.

On Sunday morning, Asafak was brought near the market area for taking evidence as per procedural standards. However, the porters and locals in the market showed fury and created a melee by attacking the accused. The police thus had to double back and cancel the procedure. Some among the locals doubted seeing another guy with Asafak yesterday.
