MUMBAI: Four people, including an ASI, were killed in the early morning firing by an RPF jawan on the Jaipur Express which was going from Jaipur to Mumbai. RPF jawan Chetan Singh (30) shot dead his superior ASI Teeka Ram Meena.

Chetan, a native of Gujarat, recently got transferred and came to Mumbai. Chetan was upset about his transfer. The relocation also created problems for Chetan's family. At around 5.32 am today, Teeka Ram Meena, who was in charge of escort duty was shot dead by Chetan. The incident happened between Mira Road and Dahisar stations, in the B5 coach of the train. After that Chetan came to the next coach in anger and shot all the three passengers there.

Later, when he reached Dahisar station, he pulled the chain and got out. But the police caught him with the help of RPF officials. After reaching the Mira Road station, he was taken into police custody.
