PALAKKAD: A jewellery owner has been arrested in a POCSO case. The arrested is Nisar (35), a resident of Chalissery in Palakkad. The Chalissery police arrested him last night.

Nisar barged into his neighbor's house around 3 am. He then went and slept with the minor girls. When the children created a ruckus, he ran away from there. The children's parents were not at home at that time.
