NEDUMBASSERY: Two Bengali natives who came from West Bengal with minor girls were caught by the police. The incident took place at Purayar Gandhipuram at 7:30 last night. Noor Islam Mandal (24) and Zahedul Sheikh (20) were arrested. The girls are 13 and 17 years old.

The mother of one of the youths works in a house in Purayar. Both of them brought the children to the temporary shed built for them by the house owner. Both the girls came with school bags. Noor Islam is married and has one child. The 13-year-old was earlier in a juvenile home in Bengal. The Nedumbassery police are interrogating them in detail.
