KANNUR: No one from the CPM has reverted their stance on the myth remark, said Minister P. A. Mohammed Riyas. The minister also accused certain organizations of aiding BJP to bring religious polarization in Kerala.
“The speaker never talked against any religion. The party secretary even clarified the same. The Sangh Parivar is spearheading religious hate and many others are clinging to it. If the speaker's name was Nathuram Gode but not Shamseer, BJP would have received him with garlands, and embraced him after the myth remarks” said Minister Riyas.
Meanwhile, NSS is rock solid in its stance as they mentioned no compromise in protest unless speaker A N Shamseer apologizes for his 'myth' remark made at Hindu god Ganapati. The NSS director board meeting is scheduled for Sunday when further protests regarding the issue will be planned.
