rahul-gandhi

NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has addressed the parliament in the no-confidence motion debate. He thanked Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla for his reinstatement as a Lok Sabha member. He also apologized for mentioning Adani earlier in his speech.

"I spoke about Adani in my last speech in the House. I may have hurt many people by this. So I apologize. My speech today will not revolve around Adani, so I want to tell my friends in the BJP that there is nothing to fear," said Rahul Gandhi.

'Today's words are words from the heart. Hearts will hear the language of the heart. Bharat Jodo Yatra was to understand India. I will continue this journey. The farmers shared their pains throughout the journey.- Rahul Gandhi clarified.

He also added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi thinks that Manipur is not in India and that Modi has not yet visited Manipur. Meanwhile, ruling party MPs tried to disrupt Rahul's speech.
