THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Famed film actor and television personality Vithura Thankachan met with an accident near Vithura in Thiruvananthapuram. The car traveled by Thankachan rammed into a rear portion of a JCB. The actor was returning home after completing a stage program. According to emerging reports, Thankachan met with the accident some days back and is currently undergoing treatment.

Thankachan suffered injuries on his neck and chest and was rushed to a private hospital in the city. According to onlookers, the car lost control in a curve and rammed into the back of the JCB.
