KOZHIKODE: ‘Who is obstructing the justice I rightfully deserve? It has been 81 days since the strike commenced in front of Kozhikode Medical College. My only hope was the medical board meeting when the police presented a favourable report. However, the report they released the other day was misleading. They even claimed that the scissors found in my stomach were not from the medical college. And where exactly did the scissors become lodged in my stomach? It is the government's responsibility to provide clarification on this matter. If not, the strike will persist until justice is served,’ Harsheena conveyed in response to 'Kerala Kaumudi' following the news that the case had been overturned once again following the medical board meeting.
The medical board meeting dismissed the police report from Kozhikode Medical College stating that the scissors were lodged during surgery. Let the truth come to light. A protest will be held in front of the secretariat on the 16th. Let the Health Minister, who previously visited the protest site and asserted that the strike was for justice, now join directly. Harsheena also expressed that she will only end the strike if she comprehends the issues and receives a just decision.
The medical board convened on 8th August and rejected the police report against Kozhikode Medical College and the doctors.
