BALUSSERY: A young man committed suicide in desperation over losing money in an online game. Paloli native Akash(24) was found hanging from the pipe of the Japan drinking water project at Manjapalam. Locals found Akash hanging dead on Thursday morning.

A suicide note written by Akash, who was a driver at Calicut Glass Mart in Balussery, has been recovered by police. It is known that Akash had a liability of about three lakh rupees. Akash also had a debt of Rs 60,000 to be paid back to the shop owner.
