VARKALA: Former President Ram Nath Kovind will inaugurate the year-long centenary celebrations of the Narayana Gurukula Movement today at 11 am at the Brahma Vidya Mandiram Hall in Guru Narayana Giri. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan will be the chief guest. Guru Muni Narayana Prasad will preside over. President of Sree Narayana Dharma Sangam Trust Swami Satchidananda will deliver the word of blessing. Adoor Prakash MP and Adv V Joy MLA will speak. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan will release the book Swami Jones Pierce by PR Suresh and Guru Thirtham by Dr. B Sugeetha, former director of Chempazhanthy Sree Narayana Guru International Study Center. Swami Tyageeswaran will preside over the philosophical meeting at 12:15 p.m.
