KANNUR: Two youths were killed after a mini lorry and a bike collided. The accident happened near the A K G Hospital at Talap in Kannur. The incident happened early Sunday morning at 1 am. The dead are Manaf and Latheef of Chowk in Kasargod.

The bike going to Puthiya Theru from Kannur and the mini lorry carrying fish to Ayikkara from Mangaluru collided. The two sustained serious injuries and were taken to Kannur district hospital. However, the two had died before reaching the hospital. The relatives came and identified them. The bodies will be handed over to the relatives after post mortem.
