MUMBAI: Two people, including a Malayali, were arrested at the Mumbai airport with cocaine worth Rs 15 crore. The arrested has been identified as Stanley Thomas (44), who came from Ethiopia. A Ugandan woman who arrived at the airport to hand over cocaine was also arrested.

They were arrested by the DRI following a tip-off.

Stanley Thomas came from Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. 1,496 grams of cocaine was recovered from his bag. It costs around Rs 15 crores in the market. It was through questioning that the woman was caught. A case was registered under the NDPS Act. Officials said the investigation is in progress.
