KOZHIKODE: Two people were stabbed in a dispute over borrowed money of Rs 500. The incident took place last night at Balussery. Bus employees Shijad and Shijith were stabbed.

The wounded individuals are currently receiving medical care at Kozhikode Medical College, where their condition remains critical. The police informed that Babilesh, Manesh and Sharath Lal attacked Shijad and Shijit. The accused have been taken into custody.

The two parties had talked to each other over the phone the other day regarding the borrowed money during which one person insulted the other. This verbal altercation led the accused to confront the victims in the incident.
