KOCHI: The High court has rejected Dileep's appeal in the memory card leak incident in the actress attack case. In the petition filed by the survivor, the actress demanded that the hearing be adjourned.
The High court has appointed Advocate Ranjith Marar as amicus curiae to help the court in the complaint of the actress. She had also requested the court to voluntarily intervene in the memory card leak.
The actress has asked the court that there is prima facie evidence that the memory card was leaked and that her fundamental rights as a victim should be protected. She clarified that someone has deliberately checked the memory card containing the footage and that action should be taken against it.
Dileep had earlier alleged that the inquiry into the memory card was being sought to prolong the trial and his life is being lost because of the case.
