THENHIPALAM: Four-year-old girl meets a tragic end in Malappuram after a stone fell on her body while playing. Vinod- Ramya couple's daughter Gauri Nanda who was a native of Koonollmadu Chamminiparambu Kanjirassery, is the one who died. Gauri Nanda was an LKG student at Koonollmadu AMLP School.

The stone fell on her body while she was trying to step on the stones stacked like stairs in the unfinished house. The seriously injured child was rushed to the hospital by the locals, but her life could not be saved. The body will be cremated at the residence today after the post-mortem at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital. Her brother is Gautam Krishna, a sixth-standard student.
