RDX had a humble promotion work but was eclipsed totally by the 'pan-India' promotion of the Dulquer Salman movie King of Kotha (KOK). However, as it turned out, the movie directed by Nahas Hidayath did a coup at the box office even downing ‘KOK’, which splashed crores for publicity and promotion alone.

Many actors and filmmakers are hailing praise for the movie. And the latest addition to the list comes, fan favourite director Lijo Jose Pellissery. Lijo has posted a new Facebook post with just three letters: RDX. The post has garnered many likes and reactions, even forcing actors including Pepe to go elan with comments.

RDX revolves around the story of two brothers and an unfortunate melee that sprouts during one church festival. The movie contains fight sequences in copious and the makers have given extra care to keep intact the story line including the emotional traits of the characters rather than solely riding on the action fest. Amusingly, such a movie, ostensibly a favourite among youths is currently witnessing a large rush from family audiences. At this point, it is sure enough to say that RDX has arguably won Onam 2023.
